Green Oaks is located adjacent to the Medical City Dallas Hospital campus. Medical City is located at the Northwest corner I-75 / Central Expressway and Forest Lane. To get to Green Oaks after exiting Forest Lane, go west on Forest Lane. Turn right on Park Central Drive. Turn right on Merit Drive. The Dallas Outpatient Clinic is located directly across the Clodus Fields Drive from Green Oaks hospital and adjacent to Medical City Dallas Hospital.  Green Oaks Hospital is located at the Northwest corner I-75 / Central Expressway and Forest Lane. To get to Green Oaks after exiting Forest Lane, go west on Forest Lane. Turn right on Park Central Drive. Turn right on Merit Drive. Turn right on Clodus Fields Drive, and make a left into the Four Forest building parking lot.

Green Oaks McKinney is located on the southwest corner of I-75 / Central Expressway and Virginia Parkway. Heading north on I-75, take the Louisiana St / Virginia Pkwy exit. Make a u-turn at the light to go southbound on the service road. The building will be on your immediate right. Heading south on I-75, take the Louisiana St / Virginia Pkwy exit. Stay on the service road, go through the intersection, and the building will be on your right.

The Green Oaks Las Colinas Clinic is located within Plaza I, Ste. 200 of the Las Colinas Medical Center, which is located on the southeast corner of the George Bush Turnpike / Tx-161 and N. MacArthur Blvd. To get to the Las Colinas clinic from George Bush / Tx-161, take the MacArthur exit and go south. Turn left on Fluor Drive and make the first left into the parking lot. To get to the Plano clinic from the George Bush Turnpike take the Coit Rd. exit and go north. After you pass through the intersection of Coit Rd. and W. 15th St. make a left into the parking lot.
