Counseling Services
Therapy is a process that focuses on growth and change as clients navigate challenging life experiences and relationships, improve coping skills, and manage difficult emotions. In our clinics, licensed therapists offer a safe, collaborative environment for clients to reflect and heal, process alternatives, and practice skills to address specific situational stressors and/or unhealthy patterns and choices. We accept health insurance plans or offer a self pay rate. Please call us for a free confidential assessment. This service is offered in our Dallas and Plano clinics.

Adult Day Treatment
The Adult Day Treatment Program is designed for patients with a major mental illness and / or chemical dependency diagnosis who need intensive treatment, but do not meet criteria for inpatient psychiatric care. The doctor can be seen every day if changes need to be made to the medication regimen. But at the end of the day, a person in the adult day treatment program can go home, which is a critical step toward independence. The program offers a variety of therapy modalities, case management, and medication management provided by one of our psychiatrists. The program meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm in one of our private outpatient clinics. Lunch is provided daily.

Drug and Alcohol Treatment
Chemical Dependency is a primary, progressive, chronic and potentially fatal disease that produces negative consequences on those who use and the family members who love them. The intensive outpatient program format allows us to teach within a less restrictive environment, while still developing the individual's necessary skills to lead a drug and alcohol free life. The average program length is between 6 - 8 weeks. We offer morning and evening programs and treatment for adults and adolescents. Contact our Dallas, Plano, or McKinney locations for more information.

Work Returns
Work Returns is a specialized mental health program. The focus is on helping people cope with work-related problems such as burnout, changes in the workplace, conflict with co-workers, and anxiety associated with return to work. This program helps clients transition back to work following an absence due to physical or psychological disability. Our staff offers a supportive environment in which a person can look at options and choices, and learn new skills to overcome the hurdles. The curriculum is a 15-session model but our average length of stay is 10 sessions. The program is offered in our Plano and Las Colinas clinics.
